2 Hurt, 2-Car Crash at Tyler Avenue in Thermal
THERMAL, CA (February 23, 2023) — Two people were injured in a 2-car accident at Tyler Avenue and 66th Avenue.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the two-car crash happened around 8:20 a.m. Wednesday. Shortly after the crash happened, firefighters responded to the intersection near Desert Mirage High School and Las Palmitas Elementary School and found two people with injuries. One patient suffered major wounds and the other sustained minor injuries.
Paramedics transported both victims to a local trauma center for care.
Officials did not immediately release an explanation for the crash or the factors leading to it. However, if anyone has seen this accident and can help the California Highway Patrol, please call the department.
