BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 11, 2022) — Two people were injured in a semi-truck rollover accident on Highway 58 near Mill Street on Sunday afternoon.
 
According to Kern County Fire, the semi-truck accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. For unknown reasons, a semi-truck rolled over and landed on top of another vehicle, leaving two people injured.
 
Upon arriving, firefighters found one person trapped inside the vehicle and took that person, along with the semi-truck driver, to a hospital for treatment.
 
At this time, reports included no information on the ultimate cause of the accident. However, any witnesses with information surrounding the semi-truck crash should contact the California Highway Patrol.
