VALENCIA, CA (February 10, 2021) — Two people suffered injuries in a suspected DUI accident near The Old Road and Magic Mountain Parkway in Valencia.
 
The Tuesday morning crash took place at about 10:20 a.m. Involved were a black Toyota Camry and a semi-truck. According to witnesses, the driver of the Camry ran a red light and then crashed into the trailer of the semi.
 
When first responders arrived at the scene, they found two occupants trapped inside the Camry. Paramedics subsequently transported both patients to a local trauma center following their extrication. Both occupants sustained major injuries.
 
Meanwhile, based on reports from the Los Angeles County Fire Department, it is possible that the Camry ran a red light. In addition, they are also conducting a DUI investigation after finding empty alcoholic beverages inside the car.
