PALM DESERT, CA (April 17, 2023) – Two people sustained injuries in a three-vehicle accident on 10 Freeway, Sunday morning.
 
According to Cal Fire, the incident happened on April 16, at about 8:00 a.m. For reasons still under investigation, three vehicles collided on the eastbound side of the freeway near Washington Street.
 
The impact of the crash trapped one person in a wrecked vehicle.
 
Emergency crews transported two victims to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. A third person reportedly sustained minor injuries but refused further medical care.
