MOORPARK, CA (November 16, 2021) — Two people died in a crash with a semi-truck on Grimes Canyon Road near Meadowglade Drive Monday afternoon.
 
According to a report, the fatal crash happened around 4:00 p.m. Under unknown circumstances, a gray-colored sedan collided with a semi-truck, drawing Ventura County firefighters to the scene shortly thereafter.
 
Tragically, two people involved in the crash lost their lives. Meanwhile, firefighters worked diligently to extricate at least one victim from the mangled sedan.
 
At this time, the circumstances of the collision require additional investigation. Therefore, any witnesses with information should contact the California Highway Patrol officers.
