2 Cyclists Hurt in Bicycle Crash on Highway 154
LOS OLIVOS, CA (November 8, 2021) — Two cyclists suffered minor to major injuries in a bicycle accident on Highway 154 at Foxen Canyon Road Sunday afternoon.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the major injury crash happened around 3:00 p.m.
Under unknown circumstances, a driver collided with at least one of the cyclists at the intersection. As a result, one bicyclist suffered major injuries and received care at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Meanwhile, paramedics tended to a second cyclist at the scene, who suffered minor injuries.
At this time, police released no information on the cause of the accident. However, we will update this report once we receive additional information.
