17-Year-Old Hurt in Bear Valley Springs Bicycle Crash on Bear Valley Road

 
BEAR VALLEY SPRINGS, CA (May 14, 2021) — A 17-year-old sustained injuries in a bicycle accident on Bear Valley Road near Jacaranda Drive Wednesday night.
 
According to the Bear Valley Police Department, the crash happened around 7:00 p.m. For unknown reasons, the teen bicyclist, traveling southbound on Jacaranda Drive, had failed to stop at the stop sign. At Bear Valley Road, the teen collided with an eastbound vehicle.
 
As a result of the accident, the teen suffered major injuries. Fortunately, no one inside the vehicle complained of any injuries.
