Nicolas Peterson Killed, John Deal Hospitalized in Bakersfield Motorcycle Accident

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 19, 2021) — A 13-year-old boy died on January 10 in a motorcycle accident at Coffee Road and Hageman Road.
 
According to reports, the fatal motorcycle accident happened around 1:00 p.m. when Nicolas Peterson and his stepdad, John Deal, were on their way home from church.
 
At the corner of Coffee Road and Hageman Road, the pair crashed their motorcycle under unknown circumstances. As a result, Deal suffered major injuries and Peterson died at the scene.
 
Per news reports, the Fruitvale Junior High student leaves behind his two sisters, his mother Tiffiny Deal, and biological father Kyle Peterson.
 
To help with Peterson’s memorial, loved ones have created a GoFundMe page, which has topped over $15,000 thus far.
 
At this time, investigators are examining the accident, which involved an SUV. Although, those with information should contact detectives.
