CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA (May 16, 2023) — One person escaped harm after a train hit a car at California Avenue and Valley Boulevard.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the train accident happened around 11:20 p.m. Saturday.
 
Under unclear circumstances, a car crash occurred, leading the involved vehicle stopped and stuck on the train tracks. Fortunately, county firefighters arrived and freed one person trapped in the wreckage. However, minutes later, an oncoming train struck the vehicle.
