1 Person Dies in Motorcycle Crash at Talmage Road in Ukiah

 
UKIAH, CA (August 16, 2022) — One person died in a motorcycle accident at Talmage Road near Highway 101 on Sunday.
 
According to a California Highway Patrol scanner, the fatal accident happened around 6:30 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a motorcycle and a white car crashed on the southbound Talmage Road on-ramp.
 
Not long after, paramedics responded and performed CPR on the rider. However, despite these efforts to resuscitate the victim, the patient died at the scene a little after 6:45 p.m.
 
As of 8:16 p.m., the on-ramp remained closed for the investigation. Information related to the leading cause of the accident and other factors requires more investigation. Therefore, anyone with information should contact the CHP.
