RIO VISTA, CA (January 17, 2022) — One person died in a 6-car accident on Highway 12 near Highway 160.
 
According to authorities, the Saturday morning crash happened around 9:00 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, roughly six vehicles crashed in Rio Vista.
 
Soon after, firefighter-paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed one fatality.
