Fatal 2-Car Crash near Childs Avenue and Kibby Road in Merced

 
MERCED, CA (September 9, 2022) — One person died in a car accident near Childs Avenue and Kibby Road on Thursday morning.
 
According to authorities, the fatal two-vehicle collision occurred around 6:00 a.m. When officers responded to the scene, they found a PG&E truck and another car that had crashed near the intersection.
 
At this time, the leading cause of the accident or details about the victim are unknown.
