Head-On Accident on Highway 32 in Tehama County Kills 1

 
TEHAMA COUNTY, CA (November 10, 2021) – One person died and two others suffered injuries in a head-on accident on Highway 32 in Tehama County Tuesday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. on November 9 near the Deer Creek Bridge, roughly eight miles of the Butte County line. According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided head-on, sending one of them down an embankment.
 
When officers arrived, they located one person with fatal injuries and pronounced them dead at the scene.
 
Paramedics transported two other people to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently unknown. Further investigation is underway.
