Perris Rollover Accident on D Street Leaves 1 Dead and Another with Major Injuries

 
PERRIS, CA (October 11, 2021) – One person died and another one suffered serious injuries in a rollover accident on D Street off-ramp in Perris early Sunday morning.
 
The fatal crash happened around at 1:45 a.m. on October 10, near the 215 Freeway. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, a vehicle had overturned in the area for unknown reasons.
 
Fire crews pronounced one person dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased was not immediately available pending next of kin notification.
 
A ground ambulance took another person to a hospital with major injuries.
 
At this time, authorities are still trying determine whether speed, drugs or alcohol was a factor. An investigation is underway.
