BANNING, CA (July 12, 2022) – One person died in a rollover accident on West Ramsey Street on Thursday afternoon.
 
According to the Banning Police Department, the incident happened on July 7 at about 4:09 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a red car crashed into a guardrail in the 5400 block of West Ramsey Street.
 
The impact of the crash caused the car to overturn.
 
Emergency crews transported two people to an area hospital. However, one passenger was later pronounced dead. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim due to the active investigation and pending notification of next of kin.
