Head-On Accident on Agoura Road Kills 1 Driver and Injures Another

 
AGOURA HILLS, CA (July 1, 2022) – One person died and another was injured in a head-on accident on Agoura Road on Thursday, June 30.
 
The accident happened around 7:24 p.m., about a third of a mile west of Liberty Road. Deputies said one driver was traveling west and another was heading east on Agoura Road.
 
For unknown reasons, the first driver attempted to pass a vehicle by entering the opposing lane of traffic and collided head-on with the second driver.
 
As a result, one of the drivers died at the scene. The other driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Los Robles Hospital.
