1 Dead, 1 Hospitalized in Car Crash on Hazel Avenue in Orangevale
ORANGEVALE, CA (June 2, 2022) — One person died in a 2-car accident on Hazel Avenue near Elm Avenue on Tuesday night.
According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the fatal two-vehicle collision happened Tuesday night in the 6800 block of Hazel Avenue. For unknown reasons, two cars crashed due to an unknown cause.
One person suffered fatal injuries.
Shortly after, authorities and paramedics reached the scene and brought a second victim to a hospital for minor injuries. That person’s condition as of late is not available.
At this time, information related to the cause and circumstances of the crash needs more investigation. Although, any witnesses willing to help the authorities should call the department.
