Two Lanes Blocked after Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101 in Santa Rosa

 
SANTA ROSA, CA (November 1, 2021) – At least one person sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 101, Thursday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on October 28 at about 3:30 p.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a white Ford pickup truck and a gray 4-door sedan collided near Todd Road.
 
Emergency crews transported one person to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
 
As per reports, the crash blocked No. 1 and No. 2 lanes. Traffic backed up along the northbound side of Highway 101 while first responders worked to clear the scene.
 
An hour later, all lanes of the freeway were reopened.
 
CHP continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
