Driver Hurt after Truck Crashes into Rodeway Inn on Castaic Road in Santa Clarita

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (February 2, 2022) – A driver sustained injuries after a truck crashed into an inn on Castaic Road, Tuesday afternoon.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the incident happened on February 1 at about 12:30 p.m. The driver of the semi-truck reportedly exited the vehicle and failed to apply the parking brake.
 
Then, the truck and trailer rolled across the street and crashed into Rodeway Inn on the 31000 block of Castaic Road.
 
As per reports, no one inside the building sustained injuries in the accident. However, the truck driver suffered minor injuries.
 
Los Angeles police continue to investigate the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
