1 Person Hurt in Motorcycle Crash on Main Street in Hesperia
HESPERIA, CA (October 17, 2023) — One person was injured in Sunday’s motorcycle accident on Main Street near Locust Avenue.
According to reports, the two-vehicle crash happened around 3:00 p.m. Sunday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver of a 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe turned left into the Best Gas Shopping Center when a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja collided with the vehicle’s right rear panel. Upon impact, the motorcyclist flew off the bike and landed on the road.
Soon after, San Bernardino County Fire responded to the scene and requested a helicopter to land at Desert Valley Hospital.
Due to the crash, officers reduced the westbound side to one lane as deputies investigated the scene. Meanwhile, the driver stayed on site and cooperated with police investigators.
At this time, the Hesperia police are examining the details of this crash.
