1 Person Hospitalized in a 2-Car Crash on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Canoga Park
CANOGA PARK, CA (September 18, 2024) — One person suffered serious injuries in a 2-car accident on Topanga Canyon Boulevard near Parthenia Street.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the 2-car accident happened around 1:00 a.m. on August 3. For an unknown reason, a northbound Acura sedan sideswiped a gray 2022 BMW sedan. Subsequently, the BMW lost control and crashed into a pole.
However, instead of stopping, the Acura driver left the scene, leaving the BMW driver with severe injuries.
Recently, investigators released footage of a person of interest who they believe was involved in the crash. The City of Los Angeles will offer a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who could identify the suspect in this accident. If anyone has insight, please call the LAPD at (818) 644-8024.
