SACRAMENTO, CA (March 30, 2023) — One person was injured after a garbage truck crashed and flipped on its side on Freeport Boulevard near Stacia Way.
 
According to Sacramento Police, the garbage truck accident happened Tuesday morning. For unknown reasons, the Waste Management garbage truck collided with an RV in an unknown fashion. Due to the impact, the garbage truck overturned on its side and left one person injured in the incident.
